The Profile XT™ is a multi-purpose assessment that measures job-related qualities such as thinking style, behavioral traits and occupational interests. What makes the Profile XT Assessment unique is that the client's team helps define the position for the job match. Working with Dieck Executive Search, the management team of the client company provides input to help shape the position that the candidate's responses are matched against.

After the candidate completes the online assessment, a series of reports is provided to partner clients including "best fit" to the position, potential to grow into other positions, and a coaching/mentoring report. This information is not only valuable as a decision is made in selecting the top candidate, but also in transitioning the new hire into the company.
