The Search Process  

First, we meet with key personnel who will be working and interacting with the individual to be hired. On senior level positions, usually top management and executive committee members are scheduled for meetings.

Next, Dieck Executive Search will submit a comprehensive outline of the position, company, personnel, expectations, a realistic picture of the future and strategic plans for the company. This synopsis is our key recruiting tool. With client approval, we begin the search process.

 

 

 

 

 

Then Dieck Executive Search will research the appropriate markets and identify top caliber talent who fit the criteria for the position. Client discretion is a given until we have determined that the candidate is qualified and has a strong interest in the opportunity. We provide written and verbal communication weekly to the client on the status of the search, potential candidates, and challenges.

The search consultant will personally interview the top 6-8 potential candidates. In the interview, the candidate has the opportunity to clarify and substantiate any of their career components pertinent to the scope of the position.

The search consultant conveys results of the interviewing trip to the client and coordinates dates for formal interviews with the top 3-4 candidates. Prior to the candidate interviews with the client, Dieck Executive Search will submit complete dossiers on each interviewing candidate for the hiring team’s review.

Once the offer is accepted and the candidate is engaged, we don’t stop there.
